Serving South Bannock County
Marsh Valley Mobile Medical is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to bringing quality healthcare directly to the community. Launching fully this summer, we provide convenient house calls and essential primary care services throughout South Bannock County.

Protective vaccines for all ages to prevent common and serious illnesses.

Personalized support to ensure your medications are safe, effective, and working for you.

On-site care for simple medical needs like wound care, stitches, and skin lesion removal.

Best for: Patients after orthopedic or podiatric surgeries (knee, Hip, Ankle, Foot)

3 In-home nursing visits over 2 weeks
Wound care + dressing changes
Vitals, pain & mobility assessments

Chronic Care Check-In Package
Best for: Seniors or anyone managing diabetes, hypertension, CHF, etc.
Includes:
4 weekly in-home RN visits
BP, Glucose, Weight, Vitals monitoring
Medication review + refill help
Health coaching and lifestyle support
Optional: eduction for family caregivers
Price: $475/month
(Add Biweekly visits for $250/month)
Medication Management Package
Best for: Anyone on multiple meds or needing regular injections
Includes:
2 visits per month
Medication set up (Pillbox filling)

Best for: Diabetic clients or those with minor wounds, ulcers, or skin issues

Stay Strong at Home Wellness Package
Best for: Independent seniors who want regular check-ins to stay healthy & out of the hospital

2 In-home RN visits per month
Vitals, weight, med review
Light balance/mobility assessment
Early issue detection (UTIs, Wounds, etc.)
Optional: caregiver/family check-in

Family Caregiver Support Package
Best for: Spouses/adult children who are burned out managing care alone
Includes:
1 inital “caregiver coaching” visit (1-1.5 hours)
Medication &care plan review
Hands-on training (wound care, transfers, meds)
Access to RN via phone/text for 2 weeks

Second Set of Eyes RN Visit
Best for: Anyone newly diagnosed, recently discharged, or just overwhelmed

1 RN visit (1-1.5 hours)
